1) Pending problems

1.1) Pending problems reported by Sang Hyun Ko:
     - Cannot setup Birk's constant as material property.
     - No analogy to G4PVParametrized. Unclear if a solution is possible.
1.2) Add GFlash parameterisation to DDG4 (issue #802)
1.3) Problems with ROOT-python compatibilities (issue 842)
       ==> Waiting for Paul to provide a PR
1.4) DDG4: Isotropic gun distribution also forces uniform momentum distribution #862
       ==> Waiting for Wouter to provide PR
1.5) DD4POD: Waiting for PR from Whitney
1.6) PluginFactoryBase::make_return problem with longs (Issue 875)
1.7) ROOT issue: for G4 units the radiation/interaction length is wrong by a factor 10
       -- For CMS this problem does not show up.
       -- Should only enter AFTER simulation (Geant4 materials do not have the radiation length as input)
       -- Need to address this issue early next year.
1.8) Proposal to configure special material properties (Birk's constant.) (Issue 890)

3.4)  Paul:               They need to attach ACTS specific information to the DetElements of DD4hep. This is on one hand very useful, but on the other hand creates a strong dependency of the entire framework on ACTS. Possible solution was found to add a map<string, double> created from additional xml elements.
